Martin Plüss advises private individuals and legal entities in matters of national and international taxation as well as in social security law and pension law. He has many years of experience in the areas of corporate tax law, tax planning, criminal proceedings and criminal tax law. One of his core areas of activity is the legal and tax-related support of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and succession plannings, as well as in litigation when dealing with any Swiss tax authorities and courts. Apart from that, Martin Plüss's practice focuses on contract law, trade and company law as well as criminal law.
