Dominik Brändli’s practice focuses – based on his experience as former public prosecutor – on criminal, white collar, administrative and traffic law, providing both advice and litigation. He represents and defends clients before courts and authorities. He assists companies from all industries to meet the requirements of contemporary governance and compliance by conduction internal investigations on their behalf. He also supports companies in the development and introduction of guidelines and training documents. Due to his many years of practical and legal experience, he also advises event organisers and granting authorities in all aspects of event law.
